SquarePost accounts are meant for general business or personal use. However, there are limitations to the services we provide. While SquarePost does not actively monitor e-mail or website data, we reserve the right to terminate accounts immediately--without refund--to any accounts which abuse our services.

• Unsolicited E-mail ("Spam") is strictly prohibited. SquarePost account holders who send unsolicited e-mail will have their accounts terminated without warning. This applies to primary or secondary accounts, and in either case, all accounts under the same domain will be terminated.
• Bulk e-mailing is not allowed. Bulk e-mailing, even to an account holder's existing customers or associates, requires special permission from SquarePost. In this situation, we define "bulk" as 500 or more outbound e-mails in a 24-hour period.
• SquarePost accounts are not meant to be used to instigate or aid in any illegal activities, including, but not limited to, breaking into computer systems or networks, creating denial of service attacks, or destroying or defacing property. Such actions are forbidden.
• Should law enforcement officials request an account termination, we may terminate that account without warning.

SquarePost takes your privacy very seriously. Our goal is to provide a clear description of how we collect and use information about you. SquarePost collects information about you in the following ways:

• When you surf on our site anonymously, we automatically collect information from your browser, including your IP address, computer type, browser, and the SquarePost pages you request. This information may be linked to a SquarePost cookie. This information remains generally anonymous to us, until you sign up for services.
• When you sign up for our services or contact us, we collect specific personal information about you, which may include your name, address, credit card number, e-mail address, and other information.
• If you are referred to us through one of our partners or customers, we log the referrer's information in your account.

• We use your information for the following purposes: verifying your identity, billing and accounting, respond to requests for services and support, and contacting you for account-related matters.
• SquarePost does not monitor your e-mail activity or website content, nor do we rent, sell, share or otherwise divulge your personal information to any organization or person, with the following exceptions:
  • We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
  • We will, if necessary, share information to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, circumstances where the physical safety of any person is threatened, any violations of our terms of service, or as otherwise required by law.
  • If you are referred to us through one of our partners or customers and sign up for service, we will advise that partner or customer of your domain name and the date of your account set up. No other personal information will be relayed to the referring partner or customer, unless it is specified at the time of account creation.
  • We will transfer information if SquarePost merges with or is substantially acquired by another company. We will notify all of our customers by e-mail should this occur.

• SquarePost accounts are not to be purchased by children under 13.
• Adults or guardians may purchase accounts for their children under age 13; however, the adult must remain as the main contact for the account.
• SquarePost does not ask children under age 13 for more information than is necessary to validate or process an account.

• Administrative Notices: SquarePost will email you important administrative announcements or information related to billing or accounting. As a condition of service, you will not be able to opt-out of such communications.
• Marketing Notices: If you request, SquarePost will send you marketing information about add-on services. These marketing annoucements are optional at the time of account activation; additionally, those who opt-in to these announcements may opt-out at any time by following the directions contained in the communications you receive.
